“How much to have the camper at our event?”

This is the question I get more than anything else. And the truth? It depends... but not in a confusing way. Pricing shifts based on the kind of event you’re hosting, how many guests you have, and what you want embroidered.


I put this guide together to make everything simple, clear, and easy to plan.


How My Event Pricing Works

Every event includes two parts:

1. A Base Event Fee: This covers the camper, setup, equipment, power, travel, and my time on-site.

2. Per-Item Embroidery Pricing: Because every design is unique and stitched right in front of your guests.


Once you choose your event style, everything falls into place.

The Classic Camper Event

A fun, high-energy experience where the camper becomes the life of the party. Guests pick their personalization and watch it being stitched in real time.

Base Event Fee: $500 for up to 2 hours

Per-Item Pricing: $15–$20

Extra Time: $150/hour

Best for birthdays, block parties, showers, holidays, and celebrations with big energy.



The Keepsake Camper Event Activation

✨ The Keepsake Camper

This is the sentimental version — slower, sweeter, and filled with meaningful items like baby blankets, wedding pieces, memorial items, or heirloom gifts.

Base Event Fee: $500 for up to 2 hours

Per-Item Pricing: $20–$25

Extra Time: $150/hour

Best for showers, weddings, baptisms, memorial events, and intimate gatherings.


The Stitch and Stay Pop Up

✨ The Stitch & Stay Pop-Up

A relaxed bring-your-own-item experience. Guests bring hats, bags, shirts — whatever they love — and get it customized on the spot inside the camper.

Base Event Fee: $500 for up to 2 hours

Per-Item Pricing: $15–$20

Extra Time: $150/hour

Best for backyard parties, girls’ nights, neighborhood hangs, school events, and community pop-ups.


The Branded Camper Activation for The Crafted Camper: Live Embroidery In Tampa Bay

✨ Branded Camper Activations

A high-impact embroidery activation for businesses. Your logo or brand elements are stitched live as customers watch the magic happen.

Base Event Fee: $750 for up to 3 hours

Logo Digitizing: $50 one-time fee

Per-Item Pricing: Custom based on volume

Extra Time: $200/hour

Best for retail events, grand openings, corporate parties, festivals, and promotional activations.


Optional Add-Ons

Item Sourcing

Guests are welcome to bring their own items. If you’d prefer, I can source them for you (hats, totes, baby items, towels, and other pieces) for an additional charge.

Travel

• First 10 miles from 33624 included

• $1/mile beyond that (roundtrip)

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date.
