New Logos & Artwork
Some logos and custom artwork require a one-time setup fee before they can be embroidered.
Embroidery machines can't read standard image files, so artwork often needs to be prepared and converted into an embroidery-ready format before stitching can begin.

Once your design has been prepared, future orders using the same artwork typically won't require another setup fee.

FAQ
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Every project is a little different, so pricing depends on factors like the item being embroidered, quantity, artwork complexity, and whether a new design setup is required. The best way to get an accurate quote is to complete the Custom Order Request Form with as much detail as possible.
Can I provide my own item?
Usually, yes! Hats, jackets, bags, towels, sweatshirts, and many other items can be embroidered. If you're unsure whether your item is suitable, send me the details and I'll be happy to take a look.
What is a setup fee?
Some logos and custom artwork require a one-time setup fee before they can be embroidered. This process converts your artwork into an embroidery-ready file and ensures clean, professional results. Once your design has been prepared, future orders using the same artwork typically won't require another setup fee.
Can you provide the items for me?
Absolutely. I can source a wide variety of hats, apparel, bags, towels, and promotional products through my wholesale suppliers. If you already have something in mind, let me know and I'll help find the best option.
Can you work from a logo, photo, or sketch?
Absolutely! Most customers don't come to me with embroidery-ready artwork, and that's completely okay.
Whether you have a business logo, a photo, a screenshot, a sketch, handwriting, or just an idea, I'd love to take a look. Upload whatever you have, and I'll help determine the best way to bring your vision to life.
Some artwork may require a one-time setup fee to prepare it for embroidery, but I'll always discuss that with you before moving forward.
How long does a custom order take?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project, current workload, and whether items need to be sourced. If you have a deadline, be sure to include it in your request form so I can let you know if it's achievable.
